gonzo Posted September 14, 2013 Posted September 14, 2013 Celebrity juice is funny as fuck. This is a bit tame compared, but still pretty harmless Saturday night fun. Take my hat off to leigh francis, started off pissing about making silly characters on paramount comedy channel, now he's on itv prime time. Quote
EyesRight Posted September 14, 2013 Posted September 14, 2013 If I could act the cunt and pay my bills I'd be more than happy. Some love it, some hate it, he won't mind when he's earning six figures. As Gonzo says, hats off, Quote
bwfc87 Posted September 14, 2013 Posted September 14, 2013 I think he's ace, especially when he's allowed to push the boundries. Quote
Marc505 Posted September 14, 2013 Posted September 14, 2013 So much telly that I see these days is presented by people I say "well if I could get away with being this shit but make all this money then fair play" about, I forget what Im meant to be impressed by Quote
barryk32 Posted September 14, 2013 Posted September 14, 2013 Keith Lemon is outstanding. Best part about him is that he is a method actor meaning that he lives as Keith Lemon where needed. IE, you book Stu francis you get Stu Francis, you book Keith Lemon and thats who turns up, he doesn't change into him before the cameras roll. Keith tips up and causes havoc at the crack of dawn. Crazy method actors deserve a thread of their own though. Heath Ledger for instance was a method actor and playing The Joker day in day out on and off camera resulted in him losing his mind and killing himself. He wouldn't communicate with anyone trying to talk to Heath. Quote

His death was an accidental overdose of sleeping medication and anti-depressants as he had split from his wife and she'd kept him away from the kid. Don't believe everything you read in the papers. Also, it's been documented (in special features on the Dark Knight BluRay) that Heath returned to being Heath as soon as the cameras stopped. Christian Bale, on the other hand, stayed in "character" when the cameras stopped rolling. I assume you've heard his "rant" on the set of Terminator, complete with terrible American accent? Quote
Guest bwfcdan Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 (edited) I like Francis/Lemon! Hilarious. Christian Bale, on the other hand, stayed in "character" when the cameras stopped rolling. Youri McAnespie Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 (edited) I've never really watched him long enough to form an opinion, but he's from a normal background so he's alreet by me in that respect. There's far too many talentless twats down the years who've followed the route of; Posh nobby upbringing, public school, Oxbridge...What now? Well I've been twatting around at school and University - putting on a dress and a silly voice so I'll probably head up to the Edinburgh Fringe... Hey presto - they're given a shite, unfunny telly series... That's not a class warrior thing either, I don't mind Monty Python for example. Edited September 15, 2013 by Youri McAnespie Quote
L/H White Posted September 16, 2013 Posted September 16, 2013 I never watched Celebrity Juice until recently, but I I find it funny now He's not everyone's cup of tea, but the bloke clearly has talent Quote
