No met him long before that at a function didnt take to him, and if i had known as we were playing Bayern how much it would be costing us now i would gladly wipe it from the hostory books, yes i enjoyed the good times but me like many others were told a pack of lies regarding how we payed for those good times, "our beloved owner is footing the bill nothing to worry about"

Disliked him always so you can say what you want. Fucked our club up big style for a few foreign trips and then the club decided when we had a UEFA Cup quarter final it wasn't as important as a league match against Wigan. But some on here believe he saved the club from bankruptcy when he took over with Eddie behind him which is utter bollocks. We wouldn't be in danger of losing our club if it wasn't for him and he was handsomely paid for his efforts.

 

Anyway he is very ill, so Worthy you are wrong pal don't ever believe Twatter, or Facebook (or the Bolton News for that matter) and you will be ok.

Much as any national coverage would have you believe so that clubs like ours know our place, we are not now in trouble because of the good times.

 

We are paying for bad transfer strategy since we came down.
