Some reports are saying when the top health chap wanted to tell Donny the severity of the virus he preferred to talk to him about e-cigs first. Didnt want to believe it 6 weeks ago when other countries were getting testing kits. Now the US don’t have enough because they left it to long. And there is a disagreement amongst OPEC. All that said, inevitable that markets were going to drop with the numbers across the world. The lack of test kits is a shocker though.
