PLank42
They just want to collect interest, they'll gather the money at a later date "Once the Trust has been registered, you will be contacted for your payment details to allow full annual membership subscription of £10.00 to be collected." Regardless, I've signed up. Edited January 12, 2016 by PLank42

davidjack
The bigger the membership, the bigger the role the fans can play in whatever comes next, and the stronger the connection between club and fans. That's got to be a step in the right direction, hasn't it?

Mounts Kipper
Just noticed that if BWFC go into receivership the football league rules state that within 21 days that the supporters trust must be approached. Does anyone know what that means? By who? I'm presuming the administrator. Edited January 14, 2016 by Mounts Kipper

Correct, but if the Trust don't have funds to run the club during administration they will be passed over for anyone prepared to do so. First thing your Trust should be doing is registering the ground as an Asset of Community Value (ACV), which would give them notice if any new owner was planning on selling it with option to buy If you're lucky and one of potential buyers is waiting for Admin and prepared to fund club during CVA and has plan to get it out as soon as possible, you could just end up relegated with minimal debts after. We went on for half a year bucket shaking and ended up with secured creditor debts of £5.6M after admin from £17M before administration. With FL watching like hawks we've been in austerity measures since.
