Not in Crawley Posted February 5, 2023 Posted February 5, 2023 Years ago, I did Journeys End with James Norton on tour and then in the west end. He wasn't a name back then but still, a lovely man you couldn't hope to meet. Did 16 radio ads (back when radio ads were a thing) without complaint, and then did them again so I had more to select from. Not all actors will do that. Top bloke, and everyone since has said the same thing. Quote
mickbrown Posted February 5, 2023 Posted February 5, 2023 Quality telly. Still had funny bits too amid all the carnage. Bit like real life does. Quote

I can see the scraps of evidence about the PE teacher being a nonce over the course of the episodes now, one of the daughters never taking her coat off feels really harrowing looking back, but everything just being ticked off in the space of 5 mins was a let down. Think the PE teacher could have been banged up for murder and noncing leaving the chemist to seemingly get away with it… leaving the storyline open! Also, Super Dario/Darius - we didn’t seem him getting hauled away… sure he wouldn’t have gone lightly. Loved the car scene last night. Said to the Mrs straightaway, “there’s going to be some nasty deaths here”. Didn’t disappoint. Quote

The pharmacist walked away with a cogs going round in his head look on his face but I think they hinted that they'd go after him next, just wish we'd have seen them all get their comeuppance. Made me laugh out loud the way TLR was talking to the guy next to him in the car 😃 Quote
Marc505 Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 Seen a doc advertised on Sky about the massive Fatboy Slim party they held on Brigton beach years ago that ended up being chaos. Could be along similar lines as that Woodstock 99 one off Netflix Quote

But this was a good watch, and a look back at a more innocent time. Quote
