A few weeks ago he made a brief comment about Charles and Tomo (iirc).

Talked about money and how everyone had a price.

Wondered if he was putting the feelers out back then.

I don't think he's actually lied about him not going, but tried to keep it under wraps for as long as possible, particularly until any deal was agreed.

I think im just really frustrated with whats going on mate, with the way things are going, and was expecting the incoming "loan" to be a striker, which was his the exact words yesterday, then get told the incoming loan is not a striker! Wished he would just keep is trap shut, because hes just winding all the fans up with his non-true statements!

Most Blackpool fans I've spoke to says Norburn is weak as piss and only passes sideways.

Literally not one person thinks Evatt is doing a good job and every single person is at the very least a little disillusioned with the way it is right now.

Just because you're not up screaming abuse at a grown man trying to do a job all game doesn't make you a happy clapper.

He said this morning he was looking at a premier league defender on loan. He didn’t say there wouldn’t also be a striker  

By all means be critical of performances, tactical decisions, etc, but stop looking for any possible way to criticise the fella. It can’t be a good way to live

But there WILL be a striker coming in. Just wait and see rather than assume. 

I'm sure we will be looking to get a striker in. A touch surprised that it doesn't appear that we have one already in the pipeline. 

We may have of course, and it's well under wraps, it just doesn't seem to be the case.

Anyway, he's got rid of Khumbeni. We don't want a midfielder in the team whose strong point is tackling.

plenty still on Evatts side.....which i am fine with by the way its all about opinions

Most have slipped in the background and pop up and comment about  any opinion i or others who wanted Evatt out Pre Oxford.

I have never abused Evatt or the players at a game.......

I go to unwind, not to get stressed

Places like here i let a bit of steam off 

Meeting clowns from here on car parks in the ribble valley believe it or not is not my thing

Can't think of any on here. Some still hold a little hope that he may still turn it around but most of us have (reluctantly?) accepted that is highly unlikely. If you're talking about people like me then I just don't see the point of ranting and raving; writing essays about tactics; and saying they wanted him out 18 months ago. There is really nothing we can do realistically no matter what people like @Zog1 believe, so we hope for the best and try to keep our blood pressure down.

No i do not mean people like you, i once backed Evatt and thought he was the manager who would lead us to the championship at least.

Dont mind if others still back him [honestly do not]  Just did not like the abuse if opinions are not the same

Sums it up well that.

Think we all hope he'll turn it around but have zero expectation he can or will. I'd be delighted if he went because it would feel like a massive weight was lifted.

I agree the contest of who was in the Evatt-out club is just plain weird.

For context, I remember bumping into a Bolton fan randomly (not at a game) just before our good run last year and ranting about Evatt having run out of road and wanting rid (sorry if it was any of you lot).

A few games later everything was looking rosy and I was back on HMS piss the league. I'd be the same if we win the next five including stuffing Huddersfield away.

Fickle as fuck us fans.
