I'm referring specifically to trade with the EU, that is now far more difficult for certain sectors than it was when we were in the EU. Absolutely nothing to do with Pandemics and Wars.

We'll get past it, because we have to.

It's OK, to admit its not all been 100% brilliant and trade has become much easier since we left you know.

I think you need a revisit mate. The vast majority of those on the successful side said on a regular basis that there would be short term pain for long term gain.

You can argue about definitions of 'short' and 'long' if you like but your 'OK to admit' line is perfunctory. It was being 'admitted' well before the referendum.

See my post of a couple of minutes ago. Admission not a consideration but other than that I like your sentiment and choice of image. Ross County lessened the impact by some way!

‘You’re’

As in, ‘You’re welcome’

Absolute common sense. If you buy a tin of lychees and open it to find pineapples you'd do something about it.

Fuck them off or leave them to it and join Reform a.s.a.p.

According to British media, the UK government plans to expand its deportation strategy and is looking to seal deals to deport migrants to several countries, including Costa Rica.

Might as well go with the original plan at this point and send them to Australia again

They'd be turned away by gunboats pal. The correct way to deal with them in the first instance.

Costa Rica is a rare Central American success isn't it. Hardly a deterrent. In fact I'd argue it's an incentive.

Think you are correct on Costa Rica you’ll still get the Calais4care refugee charity spending gullible donators money on fighting it through the courts…. Government should take away their charitable status.

Correct. Costa Rica is a stunning place.

Id happily jump on a dinghy and float back to Dover beach if they were sending me there for a free holiday

Whilst the CEO of that charity ‘earns’ a six-figure salary, probably!

You wonder why they did not start with Costa Rico, almost as though they have tried to rush it through, spunked loads of money because they are making it up as they go along.

All the hours trying to justify Rwanda rather than the policy itself.

Rather than Rwanda, from where any returnees can set off for UK again, it would be much more likely to deter illegal immigrants if they’d used Greenland as their final destination.

I’m quite sure, when we started shipping folk we didn’t want here, over to Australia that nobody went over first to make sure they’d be comfortable in their new surroundings.

Our unelected PM. Dear me what a price we have paid for 14 years of this lot. She is a fucking lunatic with zero self awareness of how ridiculous she is.

By pure chance, the missus and I bumped into a bloke from Honduras on a train today.

He wasn't very complimentary about Costa Rica (or Nicaragua, Panama, Guatemala or El Salvador for that matter). Claimed he was a refugee on the way to Centrelink (DSS equivalent down here).

Correct. Absolutely fuck all to do with what is being discussed. Purely a geographical coincidence.
