What's more, as these are local elections, it's not in anyone's gift as councillors to do so.

As for Reform's policies- I'm sure details will be available on their website, and will no doubt be tightened up as we approach the next election.

It’s all a bit Ironic. At the election, Labour appealed to simple folk. The simple folk realised they were lied to so the simple folk voted for someone else and Labour are now calling them simple folk.  (Amongst other things)
