Never said there was any other bidders, I simply said they set a deadline and never publicly started accepting bids again. They've put no public pressure on FV to complete. They've let them take it completely at their own pace while charging over £400 an hour. Few grand more? Per day? They're literally making 10s of thousands per week while it drags on. Good track record? Yeah, SISU rings a bell. Let's ask Coventry about their track record. In fairness, we don't really know what pressures have or haven't been applied to fv by the administrators. Given Kunterson, Bassini etc perhaps both fv and admins have been busy beating them off. That is until the administrators issued the statements this morning. Now a stepping up, and we'll see what happens over the next day.

I would imagine the bloke is an absolute arse to deal with, as FV are finding out now. This club probably could have been sold a year or two ago, if it wasn't for KA keep moving the goalposts.

I tend not to get involved in the arguments/discussions about the sale as I simply don't understand it all But..............if BWFC are liquidated, and the stadium is no longer a football ground, what value is there in a hotel that is integral to a structure that would gradually become derelict? I'm no civil engineer, but if the stadium was flattened (as I'm assuming it would be post-liquidation) surely the hotel would go as well? Totally confused
