Last box I ordered was still showing as being at Hermes' depot 10 days after B52 emailed to say it had been dispatched. I rang them about it and they said that Hermes had said I'd refused delivery. I think France include care home deaths in their figures.

I know we're starting to do that now, but I don't how often we've done that before.
