Members Rudy
Adrian Durham is the top of the talksport cock list. Quick reminder. He didn’t have Dennis Bergkamp in his top 5 Dutch players to play in the prem. He went with Stam, Nistlerooy, Robben, Van Dijk, Van Der Sar. Nonsense. Didn’t have Aguero in his top 5 PL strikers. Utter utter gobshite

Overall career achievements potentially yes, but in England Bergkamp was streets ahead of Robben. He was a fantastic player- and thanks to Brucie for bringing him to this country. Moderators Zico Posted May 20, 2020 Moderators Share Posted May 20, 2020 if Robben scored a better goal than this, I'll listen to the argument for his inclusion and then I'll blow it out the water with his hat trick v Leicester won't even bother mentioning their respective PL/English honours

Utter utter gobshite Bergkamp's most memorable moment in English football was bottling it against Man Utd in their treble winning season.Missing an injury time penalty to knock United out of the FA Cup in 1999 affected him so badly that he didn't take another penalty in his career. Nice technical player but didn't have the mental toughness of others which is why he played for Arsenal and not United or Liverpool

I'm Rioch's biggest fan but I think Bergkamp's arrival just happened to coincide with Bruce joining. He became manager on 17th June and Bergkamp also signed in June, he hasnt turned such a major signing around in 2 weeks. What a player though, eventually, after a nightmare start.
