We got 2 terraces this morning, this is rare game on the train where getting there from Leeds is quite easy. 
 

The 9:15 mentioned to Traf gets in just before 12.

Can’t go to this but looks like loads attending Which is a great effort given the journey involved. 
 

with such a small away end sure everyone will bump into each other as well so will be good for spotting folk and meeting up.

I've other stuff to do on the Sunday and Leeds is only an hour from home.

Cambridge brew house will be OK for Biggish.

We’re down there for 2 nights.

Looks like I've cracked it. Todmorden (7 miles from home) to Cambridge return £60.
Not the quickest journey, but I'll be sat down having a drink anyway.

Couple of pubs at the station now saves the 15 minute walk to town.

Decent pubs on the way out towards the stadium around Mill Road area

Although prepare for the price of a round in most! 

Central Cambridge has spoons (one of biggest in UK apparently) grain and hop store, brewdog,  the pint shop.  Avoid the Eagle as always filled with tourists due to its link with Watson and Crick.

Out the otherside the Cambridge brewhouse and Fort St George (decent outside area).

Wrestlers pub on way to ground is more of a Thai restaurant than boozer

Fell for that one at Cheltenham in the JPT. £14 for two pints and a coke, and that was a few years ago now!

Only getting to Cambridge late on Friday night but planning on a mooch on the Saturday morning to scout it out a bit before the fun and games start.

You won't be far off that price in a lot of places around Cambridge, pretty much London prices everywhere,  except Weatherspoons

 

Paid £22 for a pint and a gin and tonic the other week, love heading back North to see friends feels like I make money on a night out
