Each Club shall play its full strength in all Matches played under the auspices of The League unless some satisfactory reason is given. That's bollocks though isn't it? . Isn't "resting players" not a satisfactory reason? Lots of teams have rested players during the season/"rotated their squads". Would the EFL have to... a) prove that the players brought in were not as good as the players rested? (that would be hilarious especially if the manager just said he'd been watching them all week in training and he'd selected the best players that week) or b) prove that the players rested didn't need a rest (good luck with that) You can neither define nor prove "full strength".
