Very well adapted, nothing shy'd away from.. Just a shame the series was so short. Quote

Theyve tried to spice up the ending with the Tygerian house's new beginning and the new King of the North stuff.. nothing really. If you've ever seen "the legend of the seeker" you'll see how badly a Sci-fi book can be done.. Quote
Zico Posted July 1, 2011 Posted July 1, 2011 X Men First Class decent enough watch if you have seen and enjoyed the previous X Men films if you haven't seen them, don't bother or watch this, then the other X Men films Quote

Now I'm not normally one for all this fantasy lord of the hobbit type bollox, but this was bloody good. Sean Bean though. How does that fecker make a living? He's bloody useless. "Eh up lass". Quote
Didledee Posted July 2, 2011 Posted July 2, 2011 (edited) Diddles, that looks so bad, that it might actually be good. I'm going to risk it. You took the 'risk' yet BCG I have, thought it was a good watch, would have been better in English though, reading subtitles whilst watching isn't ideal. The CGI trolls were impressive imo. Big E Posted July 2, 2011 Posted July 2, 2011 is mothers day worth a watch? i thought it was ok but went on for too long. towards the end it was just pointless attempts at murder with no end result Quote

DazBob Posted July 6, 2011 Posted July 6, 2011 Watched Transformers last night. 2hrs 40 mins long !!!! An hour too long. We don't want long, complicated storlines, we just want to see robots turniing into cars (and vice-versa) and lots of explosions. Don't need 160 mins for that! DazBobParr scores it 6.5/10. PS - saw a trailer for the new Planet of the Apes film. That DOES look good (if a bit weird). Quote

I give Transformers 10/10, all 3 have been mind blowing, as for that Planet of the Apes, the trailer does look good, be good to know how the apes started talking and how New York turned into a monkey society.
