If you want caffeine to help it enter your blood quicker then take it with a decent coffee. 5G is still in the middle and low bands in this and most countries world wide so no different to 3G and 4G. 5G high band is good for data but nowhere near reaching mass use in the UK, it is only allowed for research at the moment.
