gonzo Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 I presonally think Douglas is on borrowed time. Something has to change, whatever it is,pretty fucking sharpish. So if Dougie Freedman does get potted either now or when we are relegated, who do we get in? Warnock for me. It really is that bad. Quote
DazBob Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 I'd have Colin Wanker in a heartbeat. Never, ever thought I'd be able to bring myself to say that. Quote
Biggish Dave Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Souness would rattle a few cages. Not sure about him for the long term though Quote
BOWTUN BAKED Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Is there a hurry to get a replacement in?! FWIW, I think we need a good coach aswell as manager. The only one I'd like that's available now..... Step forward... Mr Steve Clarke. Quote
tomski Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Lets go foreign this time. Seems to work well elsewhere. Is that Nigerian fella still available, or Zenga? Quote
Ani Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Warnock is a cunt, we may well need a cunt. Quote
Garrp Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Keith Hill break the bank for Markus Weinzierl other than that i haven't got a fucking clough would have liked clough if he was still available Quote
radcliffe white Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 I don't know who's who on the back room staff like jimmy Phillips anymore? But if they get rid i would tick it over till end of season we need to get the next appointment right as the last 2 have been disasters. Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 I would give Warncok the job until the end of the season as he does not want a full time job. If we had the money I would go for Malky Mackay. Quote
Casino Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 apparently, according to kevin davies, dyche was interviewed last time around i can't stand that fcuker which is perhaps as well as he'd not be interested Quote
Casino Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 oh aye whoever comes in has the massive job of losing the high earners so i'm not for turning Quote

Zico Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 oh aye whoever comes in has the massive job of losing the high earners so i'm not for turning how many players are we talking? which ones? it also looks like they need to get the kids onside as well now Quote

Casino Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Is it important that you like your manager? is it important if i like him? or important that the players like him? the answer to both is no but, i'd prefer to not be spitting at the telly every time he came on dyche is a ginger aldridge Quote
Casino Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 how many players are we talking? which ones? it also looks like they need to get the kids onside as well now the high earners its not a question of having them onside they can be onside or off fcuking side theyre still going Quote
superkev Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Keith Hill break the bank for Markus Weinzierl other than that i haven't got a fucking clough would have liked clough if he was still available Good shout for Keith Hill. Done extremely well at Rochdale. Went flat at Barnsley but it's always flat at Barnsley. What do they expect. Quote
Casino Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 i'd not be against hill but is he a red a white or a pink budgets at bolton won't be a million miles from barnsley, mind Quote
Spider Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 I'm going to say stick with DOugie. If only on the off chance it all turns around and things improve. Then, I can come on here and everywhere else saying "I FUCKING TOLD YOU SO" in a screechy whiny internet twattish voice, much like most people are now. If everyone has such good foresight, why aren't you million-fucking-aires? Quote

LeggyMountbatten Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 We haven't had much luck with ginger managers or Scottish managers have we? Next manager will be Alex McLeish mark my words. Quote
frank_spencer Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 IF he gets potted anyone but warnock or Holloway (not that it'll happen) would get my backing. I've stuck by Dougie but he's lost most of my good will and needs to sort the results sharpish. I understand his restraints but his job is to get results within said restraints. At the moment he's not doing it Quote
Zico Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 the high earners its not a question of having them onside they can be onside or off fcuking side theyre still going the question was how many do we need to get rid of will it all be over with this season and ready to go next season? I think Baptiste, Ream, Spearing and Mills are high earners however as his long term plan included kids, they need to be up for it as well otherwise we'll be relying on the low earning bench warmers/squad players who probably wondered why they signed in the first place Quote
Casino Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 (edited) IF alonso was on 45k a week - i really do despair if he was - anybody who signed their last deal when we were in the prem has to be off so, start your list with them Edited February 12, 2014 by Casino Quote
