Asked them for a replacement sim card and what my options were for a new phone. told I either paid up the 12 months remaining on my contract (£42 x 12) and start a new one, or buy a replacement handset for £535. told him id just have the replacement sim card and use my old phone. Asked him to change my address as I'd moved and to make sure it was sent there. That's all done Mr Hyde, it will be with you between 1 and 3 days. fast forward 9 days and I've still not got it so rang them up. "Sorry Mr Hyde, it looks like it was delivered to your old address last week. Also, can I ask why you cancelled your contract and purchased a pay as you go sim(with a new number) when you are going to have to pay for the remaining 12 months on your pay monthly contract anyway?" are you taking the fucking piss?
