We were 2-0 down, trying to get a goal to get back into the game and these two arseholes stop play and break up any momentum we may (or may not) have been building. Added to that the club could get fined when they're already in a serious financial hole. And it makes us look tin-pot. Pathetic. no u are wrong Quote

But I think we are Bolton Wanderers, founder members of the football league and OUR club is the club of the world's greatest ever English centre forward, and the finest gentleman to play the game, and I think we have more class in the DNA of the boils in our backside than what I saw today. And I love our club but I'm clearly a bit pissed. We go about things in a certain way, Bruce Rioch would have kicked those clowns to high heaven, and remember he had to put up with the Millwall hate mob before he even rocked up at Burnden, and he wouldn't of flinched. What they were doing was expressing their extreme anger at the monumental fuck up of a management structure that has brought us to this sorry state. Herd can play midfield ( saw him play against us for Lincoln a couple of years back). .... and last year Ream was winning MOM awards playing centre mid in front of the back four, spraying accurate forward passes. Freedmans recruitment policy, on limited funds, is plain crazy. His team selections beggar belief, and his post match comments are generally an insult to those of us who have been there to witness the performance. Quote

I left at 4.19, not because of the performance, I'm used to that now and got used to it under McGovern, Neal etc. I couldn't take the acidic atmosphere anymore. People can do whatever they want (within the realms of the law), when they pay their good money. I chose to leave, (but was at least there from the off), I know there were hundreds, maybe even treble digit numbers of season ticket holders that didn't show yesterday, that again is their choice. Strange thing is when I was walking down the stairs from WSU, I could already hear the early exit turnstile clicking away, what was even more disturbing, was that as I left, there were "many" others who chose to do the same. Ill always back the club, team and Manager, I don't agree with the booing during the match, but understand that people can choose to vent their anger however they see fit. Ill be back next week, and would have been at Fulham, but for it being midweek. What really is concerning is that our support is tearing itself apart. Quote

That why I wasn't surprised by your presence. 20 to 50 blokes(?) full of ale shouting randomly at a building won't work. Get a 1,000 sober ones to protest before a game and stay outside during the game and that might be viewed differently. You'd attract more attention from the club, media etc that way. No issue with protesting, but it has to be done better. Otherwise we look shit. Quote
