gonzo Posted August 24, 2015 Posted August 24, 2015 Fucking hell that was shit, premier league is shitter than shit. Both games I saw on Sunday were superb. Quote
Didledee Posted August 24, 2015 Posted August 24, 2015 It was a very entertaining 0-0, woodwork hit 3 times, chances a plenty for both sides. Quote
frank_spencer Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 Both games I saw on Sunday were superb. City look fantastic so far this season. Not sure how they'd cope without Silva and Aguero for an extended period of time. Nasri and Bony are good players but nowhere near those 2. Quote
Alf Hartigan Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 Cracking goal by Chungy for Palace. Hope he can get a regular start in the prem soon. Want Stoke/Luton to go to pens but Luton through Quote
Alf Hartigan Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 Standard usually make the group stages to be fair. Rangers being out of that league has wrecked Scottish football for now. Quote
Cheese Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 usually make the group stages to be fair. Rangers being out of that league has wrecked Scottish football for now. There wasn't much to wreck. It just went from being a 2 horse race to 1 horse running on its own. Based on pure entertainment, I bet Rangers fans have enjoyed the last few years more than Celtic fans have. Quote

Based on pure entertainment, I bet Rangers fans have enjoyed the last few years more than Celtic fans have. You say it wasn't much to wreck, but Celtic or Rangers were always capable of a shock result against a big team, or either of them were potential Europa Cup winners. As it stands, they're only marginally better than the Irish and Welsh leagues. Quote
frank_spencer Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 They were so bad tonight. Celtic had Saidy Janko at right back who couldn't oust an out of position player in vela at rb or a clearly exhausted Feeney on the wing during his stint here. They be a mid table side in the English league Quote

MalcolmW Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 Standard Standard could be out of the Europa League tomorrow. Quote
no balls Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 2-0 to Barnsley. Everton have fielded a strong side too. I bet Pabbers will be phlegming into his pint if this carries on. Quote
