BOWTUN BAKED
Did domeone pay something then?? Are we in admin or not?? Times like this I wish I could get GMR in Chorley Someone paid something from a current account, don't know who or how much yet, but not in full. There's an adjournment, date tbc, were the judge has basically said a deal must be done for the club & payment paid. He's stated that we have 'stretched judicial discretion' & if not sorted by next court date it is 'very likely we'll be liquidated' ED has prepared fileing for Administration , in case the worse case scenario occurs, but that can only be granted by the judge. He's already warned us it may be liquidation from what I understand. Get the nuggets paid!

birch-chorley
Don't think anyone has said they want us to go into liquidation from what I've seen Administration now rather than in a few weeks so we take the -12pts this season is a completely different story

Site Supporter HomerJay Posted March 7, 2016 Site Supporter Share Posted March 7, 2016 Are you not Sick of it then Homer? whether am or not, is totally irrelevant. i just want the club to exist so i can watch them play. and if that mean pissing everyone off, then so be it. bwfcfan5
aye... all because they are "sick of it" fuck off. Agreed. I understand people being fed up. But the club surviving is all that matters. Seems some would rather it didn't if not on their particular terms.

SnoopJohnnyJohn
Administration now rather than in a few weeks so we take the -12pts this season is a completely different story If we are in a relegation position even with the 12 points still in our total, doesn't it go to next season though? Would be a bit shit to start in League 1 playing catchup after the torrid season we've had.

gonzo
we are still here. will they have no money in a weeks times? i dont know, but neither will you. que sera sera Well we found out today one of their backers has pulled out. They've got two weeks to find some other mentalist with loads of money. If they are struggling this much to pay their first bill how the fuck are they going to run a company that's losing a million a month? .....that's without one of the initial backers. Mounts Kipper
On Sky sports FL want heavy conditions put in place monthly accounts to be shown to FL for next 18 months, there not happy with SS deal not sure they have the cash, 1 backer has backed out but new one been found, that's caused SS problems. FL now have agreed with restrictions as above plus they want to monitor transfers. Trevor Birch could not look less pleased completely blanked the reporter, he's not a happy bunny.
