I've enjoyed Cheltenham the couple of times I've been there in Summer, a nice setting in the town centre with the bars around that crescent area.

 

We did get thrown out of one on a Saturday night for "talking too loudly" though!

I dunno the rules to this but do these "under 21?" rules include the Olympics Style + "Roberto Carlos , Carlos Dunga , and Ronaldo" rules ?

There's a certain amount of debate as to whether it's actually U21's as referred to the media or U23's as per league rules. Either way, you're allowed 3 outfield players plus goalkeeper over the eligible age.
