I do expect us to get a better goalscorer in yes, but we'll see what this week brings.

What sort of player do you have in mind?

Fair enough up until january i took it for the season (well it was as it turned out) but lauding him for hitting double figures yeah just about. And he did all dead ball stuff as well so no that dont impress me much as Shania might say. Anyway bollocks to looking back. Roll on Manic Monday!

Anyone know what Harry Bunn is like at Bury? He's a striker, good age but hardly prolific.

Classy at Div 1 level.  Not a striker, a midfielder who can shoot.  Remember them?  Me neither.

I'm struggling to think Bridcutt is desperate enough to come in here now.  Bone fide Championship midfielder all day long, the likes of Wigan could do with him instead of Williams.

Shhhh! Don’t give the pie eaters bloody ideas.

I havent a clue who's available.  I just mean that I trust the management team to get a goalscorer in, either tomorrow or from the list of unattached players later.  If its Billy Clarke that wouldn't tick the box, I expect someone better.

As of yesterday, we couldn't even meet his wage expectations

Or maybe its wouldn't

Who knows

Richard Sneekes was the last one I remember. Every time he got on the ball "shooooot"

just been thinking with wage bill so low now i bet its under 50k a week   compared to the 250k i think it was not too sure. so i bet wage budget would be around 100k leave 50k spare so should be able get a couple of good solid players in there.but maybe im wrong just thinking

Who is Liam Birdcutt then?

Brighton, Sunderland, Leeds, Forest all in Championship.  Doesn't score, a defensive mid who can pass.  Only 30 so not sure why he would drop into bottom of Div 1.
