There is no indication whatsoever that we will pull that business back. That’s a negative that is a fact not a guess. People have lost jobs. All I really want to know is how soon will my business recoup those missing figures after the 31st? The Irish are saying the deal that seems to be emerging won’t work for them so they won’t be back. Any clues how we fill that hole? And how soon...? Mate, people have lost jobs due to the uncertainty of Brexit....you’ve said it yourself on a daily basis. Once it’s settled, how do you know the work won’t come back in ? Quote

He has to, there’s no uncertainty. problem is, he’s being very well looked after and we can’t fix prices like our EU competitors have. I reckon we should all have a whip round for me. We’re all in it together after all AND I voted to leave, so my team mates should be helping me out. Quote

It’s been discussed endlessly on here, no one knows what the futures, least of all re the EU. Will that proxy turd even exist in another 44 years ? As for the whip round...on a lighter side, you sound like Yaxley Lennon now, or should that be Yaxley Lenin Quote

Spider Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 Didn’t they say this new deal would be signed by tea time today? Surely the simple issue of the Irish border can’t be holding it up. Must be something else. Tsk. Quote

Shall I play the clip again of Barnier and Co re the Irish issue as that’s the only ace card they’ve got over us for now ? Watch those cunts squirm, which they will when it’s sorted. They only have their own egotistical self interests at heart. Quote

The only issue being discussed is the Ireland border....the rest of the withdrawal agreement is going to be exactly the same as the one May agreed. I’m not sure what planet you live on but we are the ones making concessions on NI. Not the EU. And we are doing so to satisfy our own commitments. It’s a question of whether thr DUP can accept it or not....as was the case last time. Quote

Fancy a chat on the ID post I uploaded re Momentum Bolton wanting ID to attend the meeting ? Thought not, talk about selective when it suits. Quote

They asked members to bring their membership cards to a members only meeting. Like you have to bring your match ticket when you go to a football match. It's hardly the same as denying someone a vote in an election if they can't afford to pay for a photo ID. Is it? Edited October 16, 2019 by Cheese Quote

Carried on working once I woke up and still put a decent shift in. Think they may have it spot on Quote

What do they fear ? If they had nothing to fear, then surely they’d just wave us goodbye wouldn’t they and set their own rules re the border ? They set enough rules without consent don’t they ? What do they have to fear I wonder ? Quote

As long as it also includes transporting housebound people to get their photos taken, and assistance to fill in the forms etc. No, I didn't moan about having to bring a match ticket to watch the match, and obviously an Election is more important than a Momentum meeting. You could be a professional point-misser. Have you started drinking early again? Edited October 16, 2019 by Cheese Quote
