I have posted before In the European elections I never used to know who to vote for so would just write a swear word using every box on the ballot. Kids still mention that I was very proud with my effort of PISSFLAPS CUNTLUMP would be a good effort

I’m sure many others did the same because they knew little about their EU reps. It’s no wonder people voted out. I did. I used to travel to Brussels regularly on a Monday morning flight in Business class so got to know them quite well. My company paid for my flight. You and me paid for theirs. They don't compile a list of why a vote was spoilt so writing that wouldn't send a message anymore than just ticking all the boxes If you're forcing people to vote and they are just not interested in politics for whatever reason, then spoiling the vote won't give an indication as to whether they think politicians are useless or it's something they're not interested in Spoiled votes are recorded. Do you honestly think an election result where “spoiled paper” was the highest vote it wouldn’t raise questions as to the suitability of the candidates? Having done vote counting I know they just get put to one side The reasons why aren't recorded So your original suggestion of 'they don't represent me' makes no difference I doubt there's been an election when it had been the highest return but happy to proved wrong I doubt it would ever happen either People can do it for whatever reason they want or they can just make a mistake There has been times people tick two boxes possibly through no protest and just a mistake It's still a spoilt vote

Basically wanting the stiffest punishment for those administering vaccines Penny Mordaunt put him in his place better than I ever could. Treated him with the contempt he deserves. I put vaccine conspiracy theorists in a similar bracket to that protester in Chorley. Not very bright. Love the sound of their own voices. Desperately seeking attention. I don't really mind most people who can articulate a position that they genuinely believe in - in a cerebral way. The Tories will be pitching themselves as 'the defenders of democracy' then! Stoking up something that doesn't really exist at present, so that they can position themselves as trying to fight it and Labour as being part of the problem. Rishi Sunak really is a massive cunt. I'd rather have Boris.
BobyBrno
Looking at the new boundary changes for the next election and it seems Little Hulton and Walkden are now in Bolton South Constituency. As I was born in Bolton, lived in Little Hulton, went to school in Walkden and now live in Farnworth, a feeling of perfect symmetry has overcome me. 😊 Walkden/Little Hulton is White! 😊

I guess I’m a half/half. All my parents family from Bolton. All my mates at school from Salford. I’m actually glad that’s the way it turned out for me. Good people from both sides. He's done nothing other than go out with a mate for a bite to eat. As for Rishi- it was all a bit meh, and wet, but then again it was always going to be. Exactly as it would have been had Starmer been in the hot seat. Did anyone really expect curfews and water canon? The only bit of significance was his request for decent folk to kick out the extremists within. Maybe an attempt to divide and conquer the protestors, but also maybe to issue a warning. It probably won't make any difference, but then he'll use that to justify stronger measures- if he has the bollocks.

It may sound crazy to some but the cultural differences between us and the ‘Salforders’ was big. We soon got along though. Back to politics. Will it change from a Labour stronghold? 🤷♂️ Doubt it.
