I honestly think it was just an ego thing because he's trapped in a bubble with numb as fuck advisors.

This did tickle me.

Reform UKs leader is the biggest crony of them all. Lied through his teeth about his offshore tax havens before the documents were leaked.

As for Farage's UKIP, his lies speak for themsevles. Couldn't even get an accurate poster for his 'we're overrun' campaign. As for the Brexit bus promise -how did that turn out mate?

Bravo on your shift to honourable & honest politics mate 👏🤣

This is good to hear- every vote for Reform generally means we'll end up with a more progressive government.

I mean i did point out that Reform actually isn't a political party but a private business formed to gather the votes of those easily led to prop up the GB News business cartel.

OK, quick question to the group. Who started their conference speech with this line;

Britain is out of the European Union. It is an immense achievement, a victory won despite the united opposition of the establishment – the City, the CBI, the political parties, the archbishops, not to mention the media and most of the trade union executives

Hmm...

I wonder if there is a Venn diagram between silly politics and coming from the deep South (of Bolton) 😁😉

#bornandbredbolton

As I said last night, Bolton South has and probably always will be, Labour.👍

Fucking hell. I'd have the bastard drawn and quartered if I could.

I don't mind him for the same reason I don't mind Nigel Farage.

That's not the same as saying I'd vote for either of them though! 😁

Really?

The news I see every day paints a very different picture.

Just imagine for a minute your young one getting abuse, and think how you'd feel. He's done nothing other than go out with a mate for a bite to eat.

As for Rishi- it was all a bit meh, and wet, but then again it was always going to be. Exactly as it would have been had Starmer been in the hot seat. Did anyone really expect curfews and water canon?

The only bit of significance was his request for decent folk to kick out the extremists within. Maybe an attempt to divide and conquer the protestors, but also maybe to issue a warning.

It probably won't make any difference, but then he'll use that to justify stronger measures- if he has the bollocks.

It's shitty what happened to your lad. I just think there's heightened tensions at the moment because of what's happening in Gaza - and some morons don't understand where to target their ire. I remember being called (and I quote) "a white land grabbing cunt" once, many moons ago. It was jarring but I just put it down to the fact that the person that called it me was an angry bellend.

Rishi calling GG being elected 'beyond alarming' is ridiculous in a democracy. As is trying to make out our country is at risk of being torn apart by extremists. Massive knee jerk reaction that will make problems worse not better.

It's an election ploy from where I'm sitting. And a desperate one to throw out at a time when what we need is cool heads.

Fair play to you for going campaigning for something you believed in. Beats apathy! What was the experience like?

George's response is superb! Love him or hate him, and personally I think he's great, he's a hell of an orator!

Boris Johnson is an excellent writer and orator.

In any other profession he’d have been eminently likeable.

He just decided to fuck millions over instead.

A Shame, and I mean that.
