When you email a quote out, add £25 to the final cost and then put a £25 voucher at the bottom of the email for use if they book within two weeks. meanderson93
I struggle this time of year but there's a clinical reason for it that I often forget about because for the vast majority of the year it doesn't affect me in the slightest. Got a very common Liver condition called Gilbert's Syndrome, there's estimates it effects a third of the population to varying degrees, but due to some medication I took when I was younger for Acne I've got further reduced Liver function. Every time it gets to this time of year I'm feeling lethargic, depressed, low appetite and it's all mainly just a Vitamin D deficiency. Forget pretty much every year that it's even a thing I suffer with and feel a bit daft after taking supplements for a week or so and back to feeling pretty good! Only saying all that to say the lack of sunlight can really really get to people but sometimes it's not just a psychological thing and getting some extra Vitamin D in your diet can actually help loads. I prefer going to the sun in winter months, I noticed Alicante was 26c yesterday and 22c over Xmas I’ll probably have a dip in the med on Xmas day. 🏊♀️ Edited December 15, 2023 by Mounts Kipper

Hopefully a couple of Mah on the beach again on Xmas day. I hate the over commercialise shite over here, Spain seems to get it just right. Been on La Zenia beach a few times in the 2000's, got a bit of a rip tide? A few get taken a out in summer. Looking forward to xmas eve afternoon in the old town, mix with the locals and visiting nationals. Been learning the lingo. Band's on, tapas and a few beers. Packs up late afternoon, everyone spends time with family on Xmas eve night. Like you mentioned, Jan 6th is the big one.

I’m back 30th but if weathers good will go back end of January going back for more sun. I know im posting about going away in a mental health thread. But looking forward to it, not been a good 14 months, owd fella was diagnosed with vascular dementia oct 22 and died in hospital last Jan of heart failure. First Xmas without him. I'd already booked for last Xmas before he was diagnosed, my sister forced me to go. He had a meltdown on Xmas day, I had to what's app video him to reassure him. Wouldn't wish it an anyone. Trying to stay positive but know Xmas day is gonna hard, feeling it already, up & down. Just gonna do my best to give wife and lad a good day. Hopefully not over served by 8pm like last year 🤭 Tbf I was on the beach with a 4 pack of Mahon at 10.30 after breakfast. Positive side is in The Embankment on Sat and Boxing Day! I take it every day after a recommendation from @Tonge moor green jacket to help with the arthritis in my toes. I do always wonder if it helps with mood also? This place is ace. So many folk always willing to help I’m same take after my mum don’t get to down, old fella struggled sometimes with mental health, he had shock treatment back in the day (turns out was wrongly diagnosed) when I was about 8 remember him crying in the other room, mum trying to comfort him, I could hardly breathe listening to him like that,(still makes my heart sink when I think about it to this day) mad thing was 90% of the time he was the life and soul and all my mates loved him. Passed last year at 90 think about him often and more so near Christmas. By the way take glucosamine chondroitin and Cod Liver oil for the arthritis. Yep. I think the vit d situation is that it helps with immunity etc which helps indirectly with mental health. Physical and mental health compliment each other. We've been here before about the direct effect of it- if it helps, just take it.
