For starters, cancel the school/college/Uni year, they'll just have to start again July or August time. And keep all non essential shops, pubs and restaurants closed until April. Many businesses will close, but tough. We need to grasp the nettle. The economy is fucked already, another three months of lockdown won't make a great deal of difference.
