Schools are also taking vulnerable children though. Such as those on pupil premium who may be at risk of neglect or violence at home. Not saying it applies to the folk you mention- but something to be aware of. The head teacher will know who can and can't come.

Vulnerable 

Educational health care plan (so basically any disability including adhd and emotional issues alongside Asd)

Kids of keyworkers

Any where social services are currently involved.

Working on big block of apartments filled with oldies in lytham. Counted 12 so far coming in and out, going for papers and generally flitting about.

5 of em having morning tea together in community room thing.

Yes, but those who have died in the last week or so, would probably have contracted the virus before the lockdown happened - as they, like the UK, were probably a bit too slow in locking stuff down
