Saw  Walter Trout in Holmfirth last night.  Excellent evening he was in great form, in a great venue.  Been refurbished since we were last there pre-covid.

Not as much as all those folks in the home counties who can't make it tonight and TM have already closed their resale.

We've just got an uber for 20 quid rather than a bus to Palace, then change. 20 min train ride or an hour on a bus. No thanks, not a teenager.

Doesn't £20 in a London taxi (Uber or otherwise) only get you about half a mile?

It's not about distance round here, it's about time taken.

It's 8 miles from our house to Brixton, took 30 mins in an uber.

What a gig.

Just amazing, and they did I'm Afraid of Americans and then did this super fucking cool cover of Fashion.

What a privilege to see them.

Morrissey tickets in the bag for Doncaster. Apollo standing sold in no time.

I decided not to bother.

It was a difficult decision, as I loved the Smiths and I like much of Moz's solo work, but he has become a massive cunt over the years and I'm not comfortable putting money in his pocket right now.

I think if I had tickets for Morrissey I'd turn up for the last twenty minutee on the understanding he would save the best for last

But he'd then probably go and do them at the start, if at all, the twat

Clear some space by deleting Miami's death threats or something

I did, cleared everything - even Miami's tender loving sweet nothings!

Sam Fender, a really mumbly Springsteen cover act and the Idles' shtick has worn thin a bit quickly, sadly.

The Acoustic stage looks good.

Tomorrow I'd be off to watch Yard Act and leave McCartney I think.

Tonight Mary Chain and then Billie Ellish who I think is bloody ace.

£160 each for Glasgow SEC Platinium Seats, I'll watch it on YouTube night after.

I suspect a AO or what the fuck its called in Manc, Nynex? date will get announced.

Edited by C86

Not my thing but Sam Fender has done a brilliant job so far, wouldn't want to go on after him really.
