I don't think she's just developed a nose bleed- being assaulted was written in the statement. 

If colleagues have witnessed that, they will be aggrieved no doubt.

I agree, but you'd expect certain "ambulance chasing" lawyers to make mincemeat of that argument.

As Zico says, front down, with Tasers pointed at him, it's hard to make that case.

Pity there is no footage from earlier, but then again, that's not a surprise. 

The statement talks about armed officers being concerned about someone going for their guns- if that can be shown to be the case, then perhaps the "baddies" were a touch lucky not to get blammed- but I still feel the officer is likely to be had up before the beak.

Lot of guessing as to what happened at the moment but if 4 Muslims are attacking police inside an airport then they’re lucky they’re still alive in my eyes. 
 

On a positive note it makes a refreshing change from the numerous videos that usually do the rounds of coppers getting the piss took out of them and struggling to arrest kids.

Given that the filmer gets sprayed, it wouldn't surprise me if he is one of the guys, but if not, I'd be surprised if he filmed the initial incident that kicked it all off anyway.

It is notable that the clip starts immediately before the officer swings a leg- perhaps some editing has been done.

I'm referring to the characters that we see continually filming stuff, selectively, and slapping it on twatter etc.

Convenient or deliberate that nothing showing the police being attacked/doing their job initially is thrust onto such platforms.

Body cam stuff etc may be required as evidence, and might be unavailable prior to any trial.
