Those numbers are frightening. When I was in south Armagh in Northern Ireland we used to watch all The known terrorist s daily, in our area there was roughly  100 and that included their friends and family, we monitored these through massive observation towers all over the town, cameras everywhere, regular patrols and then the police doing their bit on top. So quite a lot of man power just to watch  their everyday life which was mainly farming and pissing up,  How on earth are they (security services) supposed to manage those numbers?
