This is an insightful piece about many of the claims in his film. Worth a read if you're interested. The film was released in the US in 2023. 

Tommy has claimed this to be a ground breaking release of 'the truth'. What he's failed to say in any of his one-sided documentary, is that he presented all of this evidence and testimonies in court. He was after all, being commissioned to make the film before he was taken to court. 

It was all scrutinised in court and dismissed by the judge after a lot flaws were found. After he lost, a perfectly reasonable injunction was placed so he didn't repeat the claims against Hijazi. 

All of this so he could go after a 16 year old boy. But Tommy has never been much good at choosing his battles.

The authorities (whoever that might be) don't really have to answer to anything. Other than just repeat the outcome and findings during the court case.
