I'm no sociologist or biologist but I think external factors a child is exposed to from the moment they're born (maybe even before that while still developing) shapes and influences how a person thinks and behaves. There was some outrage at the program last night because it seemed to suggest it was attempting to make people feel sorry for the murderers, but it's that instant frenzy of hate about them both that stops any debate about understanding how and why it happened. Could just be me though, I'm in the unfortunate position where my job has desensitised me to some of the absolute worst fuckers in our society. They belonged to a blond woman who I think had a Scandinavian type name and had appeared on a channel 5 show - like the gadget show or something. Unfortunately since then we've lost contact.
