So pleased and proud for Toby and his family. They are Bolton through and through. I know his dad really well. He posted on here during the European days. If you’re lurking pal - congratulations! 👏👏 Had a few messages off him. He’s still in shock and disbelief that his lad has scored for Bolton Wanderers.23 likes

Find a pub with a telly and a fire and plonk down there for the day. Whack a few accas on convince yourself the barmaids after a slice. Tell the Mrs you've been to Barnoldswick vs Biggleswade in the Zenith Data Systems East Coast Main Line Cup.8 likes

If you’re on about making rash judgements about our players - like Morley - then I 100% agree But if you can’t bask in the moment of a young BWFC fan playing and scoring for his boyhood club, a club he’s been with since 7 years of age, then I 100% disagree.7 likes

Have you ever actually read Private Eye? It's non-Partisan by design with contributors from across the political spectrum. Clearly the satire has touched a nerve mind! So they're continuing to donate good job! 😉😁5 likes

There's so much changed in less than a year about the place. Nothing wrong with the attitude or moral here these days. That other bloke has a lot to answer for. He set us back two years.4 likes

What a game, missed pen, 8 goals, hit post, hit bar, missed chances for both teams. What a great way to spend a Tuesday night and all for £10 ! home for 9-30, a bacon sarnie and a brew watching the darts.4 likes

I get what your saying But you just need to look at the nature of their relationship and the things that have been said It all points towards something very sinister The only difference between trump and Andrew is we had someone specifically making allegations, which were never actually proven, against Andrew Andrew paid out When other allegations and what not have been made against trump, he's had to pay out There's no smoke without fire And where trump is concerned there are multiple instances of smoke, and one out two of fire And remember There was no proof of Saville Or Jackson Just lots of stories and smoke And pay outs Some posters will have you believe innocent men make payouts just to avoid the hassle of proving their innocence in court3 likes

I do agree with this, and its probably more my fault for being terminally online, but the reaction to that pair of defeats at Northampton then Burton showed that it doesnt take much for people to forget all the good stuff theyve seen previously and to not take into account the fact we're actually still a work in progress even now. Social media was chaos the night of the Burton loss, from what I hear the away end was loudly negative too. I've a mate who's been crowing about how ruthless we've been the last few games and how SS could be looking for a league and EFL Trophy double this season. Same mate sent me an lenghty diatribe just before ko of the Huddersfield away game, saying he thought we were done as a team, that SS is completely clueless and should be sacked if we didnt win, and that ACD is a busted flush as teams have worked out how to defend against him.3 likes

I'd like to think being involved in a sex trafficking ring would be the straw that broke the camels back in all this, but yeah, probably not Be good if world leaders all gave him the cold shoulder for the remainder of his term, what's the worst that could happen....2 likes

This year was the first for ages we didn't go to a Remembrance Service, we just stayed at home and quietly reflected and dipped into regimental diaries and log books.. we both discussed it and agreed we weren't comfortable with all this poppy-christmas stuff and overt nationalism.2 likes

The poppy is all about fund raising for the British Legion who support ex servicemen and their families in need. Just pay cash for once a year in the Co Op and put your change in the tin... pick up a paper poppy if you feel the need but just put a few coppers in the tin. The symbol has been hijacked, for the record I can't recall my Dad, who was a Normandy tank veteran wearing one or my wife's Dad who flew 50 missions in Lancasters. They weren't members of the Legion and just got on with life after the war without needing support It's your choice and they would stick up for you if they were still here amongst us.2 likes

True. But there was photographic evidence with PA. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see DT end up behind bars for something. I just don't think there's that much here. Even in these 'bombshell' emails.2 likes

I hate to say this. But I'm still not seeing anything particularly damning. Or anything that might stand up in court. It's embarrassing, absolutely. But then we're talking about a narcissist with no shame. It's going to take more than this to convince me he's been shagging kids. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence and all that. This doesn't seem all that extraordinary to me.2 likes

Option 1 is already happening hence them finding the boats. Continuing with option 1 doesn’t seem to solve the problem therefore move onto option 22 likes

Cracking lad, from a cracking family. 2nd year scholar, think he is 17. His dad coached my lad for a few years at Ladybridge, top bloke....after some training session he would join in the match at the end...and would run rings round everyone, 3 years younger than the group, always been talented.2 likes

Given they are the 2nd placed teams there are some potentially tough games in there. Assume it will be Barnsley ! But I imagine they will all be wanting anyone but Bolton.2 likes

Smoggie fans like Forss. Had good things to say about him when he came to ours. He's obviously down the pecking order at Boro. And the way things are shaping up for Boro this season I can't see his position changing in a positive way anytime soon. I agree, he does need to get more involved. If we can squeeze a little bit of what Kevin Davies use to do out of him then I reckon we could be on to something.2 likes

What did he do wrong? He missed a penalty. I saw someone who was calm and composed In awful conditions, rarely gave the ball away, brought the second 11 players around him into the game, held up some players around him who’ve hardly had 90 minutes all season. I’d be surprised if any of the stats suggested there was a better midfielder out there tonight.2 likes

Seems like he is going nowhere in Jan Brighton want him to stay with us and have no intention of sending him to championship as they think it will stunt his development halfway through a season. They are extremely happy with how Bolton have handled him and his form for us and want it to continue. This is on sky sports if anything thinks it shit2 likes

He (and you) are a bit daft. Consistently said that if it is proven that the man is a paedo, I would happily escort him to the gallows. I know you are both fairly limited but that is a very basic premise to comprehend.1 like

I'm here. Don't get overly excited by a Democrat witch hunt. We've seen too many over the last few years. When there's indisputable proof of what some on here like to allege it will be the time that I will be on your side. Until that point, I will continue to despise the judiciary weaponisers and their guttersnipe attempts to try to get any traction whatsoever.1 like

I suspect there's a lot more to come out yet. Why else would The White House be holding emergency meetings to try to convince a few Republicans to remove their signatures from the petition to release the Epstein files?1 like

Grandad in-law served in the navy's scuba squad in Korea and would only say it was too hot, never got anymore out of him. Him and folk like him are why I donate every year and try and support elsewhere. Grampa Spencer was an accountant for the RAF so escaped active duty. Wasn't old enough to talk to my other grandad about his time in they army before he passed away.1 like

Aye I know that. My grandads and their brothers all fought, one is buried in Arnhem and another lost his leg in North Africa. I can’t remember any of them ever wearing a poppy either.1 like

I bought one, it fell off, and although I picked it up, I don't know where I put it. Not good for properly waterproof coats neither. The donation is the important bit- I've used the RBL website previously.1 like

If they are prepared to look at L1 managers doing well, there's no more logic (based on this season) to SS than the managers of the other teams in the top 7. They all have either a better points per game record or are within 1 point with a lower budget. 3 of them have don't have promotions on their CVs granted but the other 3 were promoted with the same team in the last year or 2. Hopefully SS isn't on anyone's radar any more than the other 6, and they'd probably get the others easier/cheaper.1 like
