Clearly when picking and choosing options for play off semi final opponents there's no perfect outcome. I think this is a reasonable one. Barnsley's current form is appalling. Lincoln would have been awkward due to recent form, Oxford similar but to a lesser degree. Blackpool would have been awkward because they hate us.

Home leg second for us this time. We've a great chance of Wembley.

Good call Paul , there is a lot of discontent at Barnsley and we won't have a better time to play them than now . I'm still pissed off that Derby ended up ahead of us , but that's because I live near the tossers I suppose . It's time now to press on and get the job done , no more get out of Jail cards available now I'm afraid . Roll on Barnsley

Aye. Derby were chanting "wanky Wanderers" when Peterborough equalised. Somewhat odd. Wouldn't be surprised to see them struggle next season. Not our concern though ... Oakwell here we come.

Friday away   Tuesday at home innit?

Yeah but is it 1930 or 1945? These things matter when it's the difference between getting home or booking a hotel!

Oo eck, play off time. When you're too close emotionally to the action it's difficult to offer a reasoned opinion ( like you lot are ) so if I may here goes from a pie eating perspective. I'll try to be as unbiased as local rivalry allows and I'm going to have a flutter to keep my interest alive so to speak so here's my pick.

Barnsley...Great start to the season but what a shitshow since including a change of manager.  You lot will stroll past um with a 3 goal advantage over 2 legs ( 2-1 and 3-1 ).

Tuther match is a much closer job. All teams fear momentum and Oxford have it just now. Peterborough have the mentality that if you score 3 we score 4 but Oxford are organised and this one will go either 1 of 2 ways. Posh click into goalscoring mode and run away with it or, Oxford nick a tight double header which is my choice. ( 2-1 Oxford then 2-2 at Posh ).

Reet final...another very close match. I wouldn't be heartbroken if Oxford nicked it as that would guarantee us 6 points off you lot next season but I honestly ( through gritted teeth ) think you lot edge it 3-2.

There's a fiver going on this series of scores.

So , in conclusion if this lot comes to pass our paths may not cross for the foreseeable which I've no doubt breaks your feckin hearts but either way enjoy and al si thi.

Stop being so reasonable you pie munching get 😁

It's a EFL thing I think. More than likely 2k

EFL set a minimum , clubs can allocate more. (Or that was case 12 months ago)

Really? Like Oxford will win or Peterborough will?
