I’m also at the point where it’s time for a change, irrespective of future results.

However, unless or until the board are ready to take action, I think silence is the best option. Often it speaks louder than words, and doesn’t back them into a corner.

We’re 3 points outside the play offs with a game in hand on most so despite the frustration so far surely we can understand the board sticking with the manager right now. A win on Saturday and we’re right back in it so let’s not get too twitchy about things. Should we lose of course then that changes everything. The players and management have assured us that they accept responsibility for what’s gone on and yes I know we’ve heard it before but this time they need to make sure it sticks and not just for this game. I think confidence is always key in anything and if the players can get on a good run now and especially by stuffing Blackpool and the pie eaters it’s amazing how quickly things can turn round. They know what they have to do so they need to get on and do it but they need us behind them so let’s just try.

I fully expect a response on Saturday. Whether that leads to a win or not I have no idea but the players will come out with some intent. 

the problem being, like we have seen in the past there are far too many debacles that litter our campaigns. Whether that be against local teams or our “competition” and absolutely nothing that has come out over the last week sounds any different to what we have heard in the past and I have absolutely zero trust in any of them. 
 

it’s been said by many already that it’s a matter of when rather than if Evatt goes. The only conceivable way he doesn’t is if he gets us up. Whether that is in 1st, 2nd or 6th place.

If Thomason comes into the team on Saturday and we go 5/3/2  we will have every chance of winning, and again we could perhaps win four out of the next five.

That is because bar Birmingham we have the best squad in the league despite 4/5 who get injured time and time again [including two we have seen for one game only before being injured. These are players signed with injury issues]

Everyone has worked out bullying Sheehan and forcing Baxter,Sheehan, Santos to make at least one ricket per game will give the opposition chances.

Another tactic is wait until our two wingbacks push up then hit it long into the corners then pull it back for a midfielder to run on to as we have no midfield tracking back.

We are now seeing it time and time again and it is not being addressed. 

Evatt keeps going on about his 5 year tenure and how many wins he has............Sorry Ian that is yesterdays news

nobody, but nobody wants their team to lose.....I actually think we will  win Saturday if Thomason starts, but i know we are going to have some bad days coming.

I would because there are systemic issues with Evatt’s management that have been apparent for some time, and still no sign of change.

However, it’s not my call and my opinion is irrelevant. The point of my post is to say I prefer the board to say nothing, where there is nothing to say. I don’t want to hear the dreaded vote of confidence, or to hear Sharon’s view on Evatt after every setback.
