Just be sensible in where you decided to take a dip.

Chances of a bite one in a million. Chances of a fatal attack, one in 8 million.

Makes your 33/1 obsession look like long odds on.

Humans killed by Sharks in 2024 = <10

Sharks killed by Humans in 2024 = >100,000,000

Anyway, don't go in the sea, and you'll be fine........it'll be the spiders and snakes that get you 😁

Good Luck Zico mate. Fair play 👏

He's a fucking jinx.

Since he arrived, three shark attacks in Sydney alone and dingo's eating a Canadian teenager in the redneck state he's settled in.

Needs to return home. How do you set up one of these gofundme things?

The plughole thing is a long-debunked myth. The shape and level of your sink/bath, and the speed of the water flow over-rides any imperceptibly-small coriolis effect.

Aye, it does exist but only under strict conditions

Which can go in the things I didn't know until yesterday thread

Fuck knows why I posted that in here. Along with forgetting that I enjoyed Frankenstein in the film thread the other day, I think it might be time for me to book an appointment with one of those blokes that knows medical stuff.

They can’t walk Zico. I think you’re safe.

Now dogs, they love a walk.

Not that you care.

Here he is with his new mate

He'll have forgot about me already probably

Meanwhile

The time I've got back in my day will now be spent going for a swim in an outdoor pool

Win win

Is what I keep telling myself

That Canadian teenager is very odd. I'm not sure its dingoes though. If you tell em to fuck off they usually do. My theory is she may have been a victim of shark attack and got back to shore critically injured. Then the dingoes came to finish her off. When I first went to Fraser Island think it was prone to tiger shark attacks.

My missus is a vet so I showed her this picture below.

She said the dog looks like his heart is broken.

I didn’t even mention he’s being bummed by a bigger dog several times a day. He’s basically Andy from Shawshank Redemption.

FWIW, I think you are likely to be correct. Doubt they hunted her in a pack as has been suggested by some of the more sensationalist media outlets. Far more likely that she suffered some awful mishap in the sea, washed up on the beach and the dingoes were just attempting to be natures little cleaners.
