If he made the right decision more often that not then he wouldn't be playing at this level. This goes for every single one of our players.

It's also just been decided that he has an attitude problem because apparently he looked like he was sulking when he was on the bench - so what? SS obviously thinks his attitude is good enough so i'll go with his opinion on this one.

I personally prefer a player who is happy to take a risk rather then take the easy/safe option

Saturday he took a ball down brilliantly to set up a 1on1 with the keeper then a feeble shot , next he tried a cross to Dolby’s feet that was underhit, a cross that was over hit and then cut in to balloon a shot high and wide. 
 

Execution was awful but we have seen him get all those right this season but the fact he was doing this and the right back was already booked meant they switched the defence and Kenny beat his man for the equaliser. In the 2nd half everything was down the left we had nothing on the right.

Gale ain’t perfect but he is a threat, despite not producing on Saturday so that combined with SS playing him as a starter or a sub make s me think maybe he is not sulking despite the ‘evidence’ people have gathered by watching 20 second clips on t’internet.

JDC played 44 league games in his first season and 42 the next. First season here he was also in EFL team of the season. 

Cogley was a wing back and was ok at best.....Never going to fit into a flat four same as we are now seeing with TuTu

Established, as in that is the position they play in, they don't sometimes play L/B or centre half or inverted goalkeeper.

That Osien 22 is never a R/B whilst he's got a hole in his arse, the only time he's had a blinder he was playing wide left.

Agree in general with the points re Gale.

He is frustrating at times, but also a threat.

The "sulky" bit may have some justification, but his recent clips now show him celebrating. 

He may well have had a bit of a monk on for a bit- he did get dropped- but if he's over it then good on him.

Great utility player to have on the bench. SS has big calls to make this summer with Johnston, Dempsey and TuTu

None have let us down but i would not be bothered if we moved on or give any of them a one year contract.

I actually think Jack Iredale is the best actual full back (LB) that we’ve had in years but Evatt just wanted to turn him into a wing back which for me he never was.

And wouldn’t play him at left centre back, which he’s done very well for Hibernian.

I disagree. I think we need to do a lot better than Gale if we've got aspirations of going up and staying up. 

Tutu is a utility player but I like his physicality. 

We should be working of beefing up Max Conway who I think has the potential to be the best footballer at the club.

That's next season's problem. 1st job is getting there and I'd argue Gale has enough about him to get us there.

He’s a 23 year old winger from Barbados. I get it, we want to see every player go flying into tackles to show how much they care, but if you don’t understand that he’s not going to be that player, that he’s not going to potentially get a shocking injury to get a Rotherham keeper sent off then your expectations are way out of line with reality.

I’m far from being his biggest cheerleader but he’s an easy target and in my opinion gets way more stick than he deserves. Some of the shit that was being thrown his way from behind me on Saturday was lunacy - he was being blamed for stuff when the ball was with our right back.

He’s young, he’s a 3rd division winger, he’s inconsistent, he’s probably hating the winter here and it’s his first season in England. He’s also got 5 goals and 2 assists in the equivalent of 15 full matches. Is he perfect, no, was I fucking fuming with him when he wasted about 4 chances in the last 10 minutes on Saturday, yes - I just can’t understand the amount of shit he gets relative to his output this season.

That touch to control the cross field ball at full pelt was unbelievably good. The annoying thing then is he wouldn't then follow it up with the simple ball across the box.

Maybe he needs to play on the right as his left foot can't cross a ball.
