Fair play to the club trying something different.

Very odd!  Not sure why its not just bring a kid for a quid (or even free) with each adult, maybe this way it just gets a bit more publicity for being unusual.

These could go level on points with us if they beat us on Tuesday night 🙈

They could also be 6pts behind us

I like it.

You have to try different things.

And I’m really pleased that they are trying new/different things to grow an already brilliant fan-base.

…however the reality is we already have a shit-load of kids tickets that don’t get used in mid-week home games.

Ive got a couple I’ll give away for free 😂

As with virtually every midweek game, I've got a kids ticket and an U18 ticket spare 😀.

Its innovative and well done to the club, but I honestly think they could do (accompanied) kids for a quid for any midweek games, league and cup.

There still wouldn't be much take up over and above S/T holders, but if we're talking about growing the fanbase further what is there to lose, its not like they'd be missing out on £ thousands every midweek game.

Its not a moan BTW, just an idea that would also encourage folk to go instead of watching on the box.

Read earlier that there are motorway blockages /fuel protests on Tuesday ,Wednesday and Thursday next week.  Might affect (Getting To )the game.

Exact same here. Probably the adult too in fairness after watching today

Thanks for heads up.  In view of this SS may need to consider reverting to wingbacks and 3 CBs.`

It’s a big game this.

One thing we have done well this season, is respond after a bad result.

It needs to happen again.

A win on Tuesday against a potential play-off rival would be a good response to yesterday.

Let’s not build Stevenage up too much, they’re just a physical bunch but not really much more than that and if whoever starts for us plays to their strengths we’ll be far too good for them. They all know how important this one is and after Saturday if they’re not chomping at the bit to get out there and set things right then they should be ashamed of themselves and never pull on the White shirt again.

Sure it’s “only” Stevenage ….. but they are a well organised outfit who are always hard to beat. Masters of the dark arts and physical (their #8 Phillips was awful at their place), so could be a very frustrating night where we need to be patient and be happy with a scrappy 1-0 or 2-1 win.

One of those games with no away fans and no atmosphere which emphasises why we need to get out of this god forsaken league.
