miamiwhite Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 4/6 odds on now on SkyBet. Looks a cert. Remind me, who started this thread ? Ha! MM has just checked into a hotel near Mere in Knutsford,ITK from an Albanian car cleaner's best mate's cousin's dog which shat on a glass coffee table whilst Little Whitt was wanking off underneath YHIHFFFS Quote

EyesRight Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 4/6 for mcCarthy is entering laying territory. Thinking exactly the same, nothing on betfair at the moment though. Quote
Horwich Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 Betfair dont normally bother with the lower leagues Quote

Guest Blixa Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 Will be getting a big bet on him now then! Yeah, don't buy this at all. Be surprised if they've even sat down and made that initial list as yet. Watch out for: 'McCarthy back in the running' on the BEN back page before the week is out. Quote

passmosster Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 Yeah, don't buy this at all. Be surprised if they've even sat down and made that initial list as yet. Watch out for: 'McCarthy back in the running' on the BEN back page before the week is out. McCarthy is putting his name back in the running because Trappatoni is staying with the RoI job. Personally, I wouldn't touch him with a bargepole. And we would again be sunk with a load of his backroom staff who weren't good enough for the Premiership. Terry Connor replacing Sandy Stewart. Dear God, talk about plaitting string.. Quote
Carlos Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 IF he's been offered the job, it would be a yes/no situation. You don't get time to think about it/talk to your mates in the media. I suspect this is total bollocks. Quote
HR Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 I think these stories come out when a manager is trying to big himself up for a bigger job or attemmpting to make the job look beneath him. Curbishley did the same, Souness in the past, they know the job isnt theirs and they arent being considered but while its undecided its a decent pedestal to piss all over. Quote
Brookie Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 Whatever happens, McCarthy is doing himself no favours by spreading these stories. If he does get appointed the fans will already be lukewarm because of his arrogant attitude. Lose a couple of matches at the outset and the pressure will start to build........... Quote
Guest Frandsen08 Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 it sounds like a case of him not being offered it, and him just talking up the burnley or blackburn job, to make them jump up and think shit, lets get to mccarthy and persuade him to come here? Quote
frankietheman Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 Bollocks to McCarthy and sourness. A couple of losers par excellence! Quote
Take Hunt Off Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 Could'nt see McCarthy coming without his trusted backroom staff , BWFC obviously want SL/JP/JD on board so its a Mexican stand off at the moment, Saturdays result will have a big bearing on the outcome. Billy Davies dare I say has worked with JD before & has been interviewed so Saturdays result whilst not being definitive will be influential on the next appointment. Quote
Casino Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 Billy Davies has been interviewed . has he? Quote
Alf Hartigan Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 Who is in charge at the moment, is it Phillips or Lee? The more this drags on, the more I am coming round to the idea of give Phillips the job to the end of season at least. Quote
only1swanny Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 Phillips is currently in charge.. Done an interview with BBC today. Quote
no balls Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 (edited) has he? Is there someone sat on a decky with flask in hand outside the front door? Or maybe a bloke with binoculars on the roof of Scotts? If not, all this .... has been seen at the Reebok talk can get to fuckeryville. Edited October 18, 2012 by no balls Quote
Garrp Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 its amazing how many people we have claiming to be ITK, yet all with different stories. Quote
