Not quite safe yet. If Wigan dont get the deduction, and Luton and Charlton both win, they would need a point.

Wigan are getting a deduction. I’m not sure where anyone has this idea they’re not? It’s already been given in essence.

Beat Fulham and they'll stay up I bet. Can't see both Charlton beating Leeds and Luton beating Blackburn, they're both shite. Will be good night of footy on Weds

Leeds will have been on the piss constantly and not arsed. Blackburn also have nowt to play for.  But I can’t see Wigan beating Fulham. Too much pressure on them to do so. Upto now it’s been the opposite sort of as everyone thought they would crumble. They know now that they need a win. Like you say be a good night of footy

I still expect Wigan to win at home though, been better than Fulham in 2020.

Really?

Wigan have done really well since just before lockdown but Fulham are all but 2 ppg since Christmas

I think fulham win and relegate the bastards

If getting mauled by the tigers could join em that'd be great

Something I've just read on Twitter - Guardiola's spent £466m on defenders during his time at City.

They could throw another 1/2 billion at the defence and wouldn't win the Champions League playing like they do.

And congrats to Rob Holding on reaching another FA CUp final

Should have got Gary Cahill last summer for nowt as a stopgap

Would have fared better than the dopey fuckers they were lumbered with. Apart from Laporte.

Wigan top of the home form table, 16 points out of last 18.

Fulham 11th in the away table.

Last minute winner from Mitrovic sends them packing.

David Luiz had his best game since he had short hair

I’ve not seen a peep of the game but if he’s played well, that must be the first time in a long time.

For someone who’s earned a fortune, he’s conned some good managers (or the managers know more than me) but I wouldn’t pay him in washers

He stopped what looked like a  goal with a block towards the end, won every header, about 10 clearences, nutmeged de bruyne, started the attack that led to a goal.  Arsenal were under the cosh for large sections of the match but they (city) only had 1 shot on target, kept getting blocked.

That’s more of a response I was hoping for.

Reports going about Pearson has been sacked

Is he not only on contract til end of season anyway? But would seem an odd time to do it nonetheless

Yeah there’s been a few rumours around about his style of management.
