The state of the pitch has been blamed on the first team sqaud training on it every day haha

The players kicked off about training at the school as they couldn't get showered and changed there. They had to get in their cars and drive home full of mud. They had to share toilets with the teachers FFS.

The training ground at comon edge has been too windy to train and they have no hot water or central heating in the portacabins.

If the state of the pitch is deteriorating that should be to their advantage. Playing every other match on it will mean they are used to it and visitors are not.

Anyway, why don't they train on the beach?

More bad press....

http://m.blackpoolgazette.co.uk/news/local/arrest-warrant-issued-for-blackpool-defender-1-7121604

A Blackpool star accused of drink driving has had a warrant issued against him to bring him before a court.

Jeffrey Rentmeister is accused of driving a BMW X5 with excess alcohol and without insurance.

Belgian-born, Rentmeister, 30, of Queens Manor, Bailey Avenue, St Annes, is alleged to have driven with 114 milligrams of alcohol in his blood - 80 is the limit.

The offences are said to have taken place on Corporation Street, Blackpool, on January 11 this year.

Blackpool magistrates issued the warrant with bail for Rentmeister after he failed to attend court.

Haha superb.

They don't even have any grass on their pitch. Haha

It's going to be intresting the day they are relegated that's for sure.

This bit tickled me....

"Directors’ payments fell from £568,024 to £69,471. The highest-paid director received £44,000 in the latest accounts, compared to £542,562 in the previous ones."

Yet....

"Loans from Blackpool Football Club Limited to the club’s operating company, Segesta Limited, increased from £23.7m to £27.7m."

Hmmm :-)

Aye, I often think it's fucking hilarious a rapist is allowed to own a football club especially when another one isn't allowed to play for one.

Ah yes that was the bit I was referring to not the bird being huddled in a room all night chatting bollocks for a story. Nevermind
