BOWTUN BAKED
Vermin R and you know it. Power mad scum Yep Funniest thing though was when I walked through the middle of Blackpool on the bridge when it was kicking off & the copper that threatened to arrest me earlier said to his colleagues "let him through" & I shoved the Satsuma down the stairs & nonchalantly walked through

Anderson
"We were properly shit weren't we? Couldn't keep the ball or do anything with it, they're all a bit pish but what can you do? Half of them are on about 15p and a variety pack of Walkers between them." - Neil Lennon 31/10/
whiteboy
What the fuck was in Lennons mind when he drew up that team/shape Ameobi was laughable
Underpants
It was dire. From kick off to final whistle. The only plus is that we didn't lose. Edited November 1, 2015 by Underpants

coxy
I think its safe to say, we are at the point in which expectations are at the lowest. Thats a positive, right? Nice to see supports still doing the business, even if the teams not, at least we can always count on that, something that will never let us down. quick fire, who remembers this one? http://www.eurosport.co.uk/football/english-league-cup/2001-2002/bolton-southampton_mtc40679/live.shtml Look at that team! a certain player on the other side too. How far we have come. Edited November 1, 2015 by coxy

White Shirt
Please can someone explain to me how we have ended up with 35 year old Shola Ameobi and 39 year old Emile Heskey as our strike force? We are a complete and utter laughing stock ????

jules_darby
Is it because we can't afford anybody else and one of our other strikers is injured?they are 34 and 37 for a start And only one of them played a part yesterday and the other recognised striker was
Ani
Is it because we can't afford anybody else and one of our other strikers is injured? According to Sky we have not paid a fee for a player for over 2 years. Which is why the players are so poor. The tactics are not helping, Pratley, Spearing and Vela make a decent three in midfield, but get Feeney on the left and it looks more balanced. Casino has mentioned it but we had no one on the left at times last night 4 or 5 times their keeper kicked it out to a bloke in acres of space in our half. I thought we defended the final third well, but against a shit team. Better teams will batter us the way we set up, we hardly challenge for a ball in the oppositions half. Maybe the Aussie will help and there is a total lack of confidence but things look shockingly bad at the moment. It was a red card, Claytons touch takes him past the defender and is straight in on goal.

We looked better when Pisano came on and we've Mark Davies and Z.C. to come back, we're not Barca but we've enough to stay up which is the best we can hope for given the lack of investment. Got to agree I reckon Lenny is desperate He can't get in players that are "better" than what we have They aren't playing well and aren't getting results I guess he has 2 choices Sticks with what isn't working Or changes to try and find a solution Got to say if this was under Freedman, he'd be getting tomatoes At least he seems slightly less deluded

There is no comparison between the 2 managers.
onlyoneawalker
Still can't make me mind up on vela at worst waltzes round doing fuck all thinking he's better than he is or steady Eddie in midfield keeps things ticking over and will get better - Preston will go down and u look at there squad and ours still miles apart in quality and wages - like Pisano and Casado look like characters which is what we need

Rembrandt
However little we paid (or not) to sign the players, however little we pay them, they are all professional footballers with years of coaching & playing experience behind them. We have every right to expect better from them.
