Interesting reading the different opinions today (and on Saturday) about various protests and counter protests. I see there were also a good number of pro-Trump supporters in Windsor.

Might just be me but makes me proud to be British. It’s healthy. Democracy and free speech in action.

We all want Trump "on our side" already, because he's the President of the USA. We have to hold our noses for a few years unfortunately, like we did during his previous term. And in the highly unlikely event of Putin declaring war on a NATO country, Russia would cease to exist in its current form very quickly.

This Game Of Thrones pandering is embarrassing and demeaning for us. The US know this and the whole world knows this. But it's a necessary evil for the dollars and favouritism. The rest of the world can only dream about of being in the same position as us. We'll laugh at Trumps jokes and listen to how fantastic he'll tell us. In return he can wank himself silly on all he pomp we have to offer.
