It doesn't matter whether the PM's Eton fees were paid by money evading tax payment. After all, the Archbishop of Canterbury's fees were largely paid for from the fruits of Prohibition smuggling (except for his sixth form fees, which were never paid at all). I am aware that 40% of those state pensioners liable for income tax payments have underpaid tax in the tax-year just ended.
