Sad really. A negotiating tactic by the maple leaf lot. This will resurface, just watch. Quote

Not in Crawley Posted January 26, 2024 Posted January 26, 2024 Question Time was quite the watch last night, Alex Burghart was not getting anywhere with the audience, and Gillingham/N and E Kent isn't some metropolitan wokeville. I know the swing has to be massive but it's cliff edge time for the Conservatives. Quote
gonzo Posted January 26, 2024 Posted January 26, 2024 How are Labour doing in Scotland? That'll be a major play wont it? Can we see a protest/get these fuckers out style big shift? Quote

Absolutely cringeworthy watching the Tories feeble attempts to shift the blame of the last 14 years. Every public service is worse, NHS run into the ground, economy is stagnant, their Rwanda immigration policy is unlawful and irrelevant and all our rivers are full of shit. Yet still they want the electorate to give them another term. No wonder people were laughing at him. Quote
gonzo Posted January 26, 2024 Posted January 26, 2024 Im Labour all day long but in much the same vein as when the tories got in over Corbyn, any party in power without a credible opposition is dangerous ground. You end up with shit show we have now. Its taken since Corbyn fucked off for Labour to mount a decent challenge and build a decent shadow cabinet. Will take this shower even longer if they arent carefull. Quote

The shadow cabinet looks very strong and Momentum has been pushed to a fringe faction. Quote
Spider Posted January 26, 2024 Posted January 26, 2024 The Tories just need a decent slogan for the damp-chinned types to latch on to. Make England Great Again MEGA Quote
