Worse was going for a piss at 2-1 down; coming back having missed the equaliser. Missing that sense of absolute euphoria was something I'll never get back. Munich was good because we never thought we would play there and got a great result. All trips were good for different reasons but it depends on your perspective I guess. All good for different reasons - agree with that Macedonia on Traftours was probably my favourite trip from start to finish but the game and in the ground was a bit shit. Add Marseilles & Lisbon. Or in the next 20 years ? only on pre-season tours alas. Burnley (of all the provincial clubs in the North West) have a miles better chance as it stands, and I can't see it happening for them either. Piece of piss that. Once played against a team from tanhouse in skem, in a five a side tournament. Lived to show the damage and was more than happy to return to Breightmet.
