Towers You Have Been Up.

Did the Blackpool one umteen times, my dad took me to a visit to London in 66 and visited the Post Office tower. The out of bounds tower at Strangeways after the prison riots was my favorite, walking up the spiral staircase in the pitch black and finding out the handrail was missing halfway up was scary until I reached the top. Cracking view once on top of Manchester and beyond.

KL Tower in Kuala Lumpur a couple of years ago. Nearly shit myself as it's an open viewing platform, and I'm extremely scared of heights. Constantly felt like some mental cunt was going to grab my legs and throw me over. Also went up the Petronas Towers on the same day. Fucking stunning city.

Same for me. I saw a bloke cleaning the inside of the windows at the Petronas Towers. He was lying on the angled glass hanging over space. My legs buckled just watching him!

The Twin Towers 9 days before they got blown up

Done Petronas but felt ripped off you didn't get to go to the top and only about halfway or so

They wanted £75 for Burj Khalifa so fucked it off

Tokyo Skytree, queued for ages but fuck me you get a feel for just how big and congested a city it is from the top, quite enjoyed that one but was too cloudy to see Mount Fuji which spoiled it a little bit

Eiffel

Speaking of revolving restaurants...Been to Kansas City a few times with work, and stayed at the Sheraton, which has one on the roof. Last time I was there, the San Francisco 49ers were staying there too, and I got in the lift with a few of them. I'm 6'2", but I felt like a midget.

I'm 5'10" and once got in a lift with Paul Scholars, felt like a giant, similar to the time I went out in Newmarket

Bollocks to towers. Anything with height gives me the willies.

Gripping any hand rails as if some mysterious force is about the chuck me over the top.

Same here. I struggle up a ladder ffs

That said have done the CN Tower, both Eiffels, Blackpool and that one in Liverpool when I was a kid

The lift going up the CN Tower is the scariest thing I’ve ever done in my life. I nearly cried

Oh forgot that one. Those rides on the top?? Why would anyone go on them? I was shitting my self going anywhere near the railings

I’ve done all of them rides and the assisted freefall jump off the top. Will be giving them another go in June too. I’m an adrenaline junkie
