Quite interesting. There's been a drop of about 90% in nursing applicants from the EU joining the NMC register since 2016 - so I'm not sure how they've worked that out? They also left in droves after Brexit. Especially the Spanish nurses which was hard for Bolton as we'd recruited loads from there.
