He's broken el hadji dioufs yellow cards record now for a season and still ten games left to add to it.

Do you think he will be the all time, never to be beaten, BWFC yellow card champion?

That red card and 3 game suspension really has left it open for the record to be broken. He'll be ruing that

Is there a suspension for 15 cards in the league? Like there is for 5 and 10?

Hope not, he could be staring down the barrel of another 3 games if there is.

Yes there is, but I think there's a cut-off point

Similar to SKD in his day. He may as well take a booking as he comes out of the tunnel.

In both cases they rarely, if ever, get/got a second yellow. But they walk a tightrope from the moment the yellow is issued.

Diouf. The worst thing he did for us was win a penalty late on at Blackburn with what was a clear dive. Ref's. from then on he was a marked man. Some referees of the time have admitted it (which, btw, is disgraceful).

Think spitting in yon fellas face was pretty shit tbf

We’re back.

Orient round up on Sunday.

You should take a look at Wrexham's forum. They're confused how another side can have more pulling power than them in the same division.

One fella even said they're a bigger club than us, in which even their own fans are ridiculing.

It's really quite entertaining 🤣

Can we add Wrexham to the list of clubs that hate us yet, or do we have to wait till we've played them for it to become part of their DNA?

I had a look. Tbf most of em are pretty grounded and ridiculed the lad who reckoned they were bigger. A couple of posts on the topic cracked me up;

"I'm just glad its Bolton we're competing with on transfers rather than a part time plastering job"

"No way are we bigger than them.  Wigan yes. Bolton? We're not even close"

Yeah, Parky deserves a decent reception pre match next week. The footy was boring but he did well and was working under ridiculous conditions.

Agree. But business is business.

Booo!

He got us out of league one, kept us in the Championship against the odds & only really failed when the ship was sinking financially.

Yes he was a little direct & predictable, but I wish we could look forward to our centre-halves plundering fifteen goals between them this coming season.

He deserves a bit of respect .

I'm not into giving former employees a load of abuse, but I certainly wouldn't be giving him hearty applause neither.

As for centre halves, yes it's always good if they bag a few, but it doesn't really matter who scores, so long as results are good.

I hated Parky's football, a completely different hemisphere to Evatt ball. It will be interesting to see how our 2 recent styles albeit 2 different teams look against each other.

As for Parky himself, I have nothing but respect for him, he had it tremendously bad and worked miracles considering the shitshow behind the scenes, his interview on Sky Sports after he left was great and is a credit.

Amazed that folks would boo Parky.

He wasn’t perfect and he reached his level but he stayed dignified at a time when our club was dragged through the mud by Ken.

Correct decision for him to leave but booing him???

Think we might get a rest this season as Brum will take ownership of being the most hated, Wiggin Blackpool and Stockport will hate us though.
